Our Bright roast is a single origin offering that hails from the birthplace of coffee: Ethiopia. Following in an age old tradition, the beans are processed with the "natural" method. Ripe heirloom coffee cherries are spread out on raised drying beds for up to three weeks, allowing distinct fruit flavors to be imparted to the seeds. Light roasted to perfection, this coffee will brighten your morning, afternoon, or whenever brew it up.  But don't think light means weak!  This coffee is for the adventurous type.
